Simple way: send us an email from the same email linked to your account with your details. If you don’t remember the email, include your registered phone number.

What happens next

We’ll verify ownership and permanently delete your account within 7 working days.
Deletion is irreversible. You will need to create a new account to use the Platform again.
We may retain limited records where legally required or for fraud prevention/dispute resolution.
